AptRenew is built on direct experience managing rent-stabilized buildings across New York City — working with registrations, rent records, leases, and subsidy timelines that shape compliance.

Over time, certain patterns become clear: registrations that were never filed or were filed inconsistently. Rent histories that don't align across records. Missing documentation that only surfaces under review. Gaps that remain unnoticed until they are questioned.

In many cases, these issues are only identified during a complaint, audit, or formal review. They are rarely intentional — more often, they reflect a lack of structured oversight. AptRenew exists to provide that structure, and a clear understanding of where things stand.
